“Jhoan Castro has been a lifesaver. I was so lucky to connect with him when I called Mercedes in Southampton. My GLA 250 2025
was outside in (Sag Harbor) for about 3 to 4 weeks without having been driven. When I got in the car this morning, everything seemed to be working, except it was stuck in Park. I made about four calls to Mercedes in New York and Mercedes in Southampton in about two hours, called roadside assistance. Jhoan Was literally the only person who took the time to consider all options as to why the car seemed to be frozen. I drove the car to Mercedes Southampton to have him look at the rusted brakes. I'm writing this because he is an exceptional young professional. I hope he will go very far in his career as he is an unusual person who I will now always contact when I have a problem.

“I’d give Chelsea 100 ⭐s if I could!
After 1.5 hours of trade-parade traffic from Montauk to Southampton, my car started smoking. No dashboard alert- just a couple of passerby’s staring, and finally a honk to let me know something was up. I pulled into the nearest parking lot- which completely coincidentally happened to be Chelsea Auto (what a blessing!). As soon as I pulled over I saw the smoke coming from my hood & grill. Popped the hood to see my coolant was totally empty, along with a significant puddle on the ground. It was 6:15pm on a Friday.
Long story short- I got in touch with Chelsea at 9am on a Saturday at the end of June. For those of you familiar with what it’s like to live and work in the Hamptons, this is prime busy season. Chelsea had actions in motion to get me a new radiator by 11am, a quote to me by 2:00, and a car ready for pick-up by 6pm. On a Saturday. In June.
Responsive, communicative, pleasant, relatable, reasonable, and super efficient. As a Nurse with a long commute, I cannot thank you enough for getting me back on the road so I can get to work from Montauk to Riverhead. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!”

He went above and beyond to get it done quickly, efficiently, honestly, and without a hitch.
It is the second time I used them,and size of job and $$$$ does not dictate a great job as well as customer service.
I would not hesitate to reccomed them or use them in future if needed.
