Was looking for a place that was a local butcher when visiting from out of town. I was very happy with the selection in the store. The team they had there was friendly and knowledgeable. Went right and cooked the strip up. It was melt in your mouth. When back in the area I will be stopping by.

This allows us to cut and process the meat right here on site, which provides you with the freshest meat possible. We have butchers on site daily, willing to cut to order, or answer any questions you may have. We also welcome local restaurants or wholesalers to inquire about using our local products.
