“Today, Saturday December 2nd ,I went for scheduled blood work early in the morning at the Commack location. The check in process was quick and easy, no wait at all.The tech/phlebotomist Keara was excellent. Very professional, polite, easy to talk with and extrememly gentle.Thankfully I have really good veins for drawing blood, but even so, she was so careful and gentle.Highly recommend this location.”

“I give the Lab Corp located In Walgreens on main street 4+ stars becauseThe person who helped me ( Maria) was very friendly and drew blood while I was wondering when she was going to start. High anxiety averted. Just stopping by to get an appointment I was able to get my tests on my lunch break. The testing was done quickly.I gave 1 demerit because they should have some music in the background. The lab is very small and silence = uncomfortable. I will only come here for lab work from now on.”

“Made appointment online. I arrived and was taken on time. The office was clean and the staff was very nice and courteous. I have been using this lab for many years and have never found any fault with them. My doctor’s office faxed over an additional test a few days before my appointment and when I came they had the additional test at their fingertips. Sherene drew the blood very efficiently and professionally. I was in and out in 15 minutes. If you need any testing done I strongly recommend this lab.”

“Thank Goddam for Walgreens. The actual pharmacy is open 24 hrs. Not like cvs who claims to be a 24 hrs pharmacy but isn't. Only the store is open! Walgreens came through for us at 1 am to get the medication my husband got after knee replacement surgery. The pharmacist on duty was so nice, barely had to wait fir the script to be filled !”

“Reading all the reviews I was nervous for my daughters first blood test at 13yrs old. We scheduled an appointment online, checked in and waited about 1hr . ALL MEDICAL OFFICES HAVE A WAIT. Our tech Natalia was patient and knowledgeable with all my daughters questions and made her feel comfortable. No issues with staff, just the entitled people in the waiting room.”

“I must commend This wonderful mobile imaging company's service to anyone home bound ! My mom has had a series of small strokes and was in need of an updated chest X-Ray and an EKG. The technologist that came to the home was prompt, introducing himself to my mother in a upbeat but respectful manner , engaging her in the whole process, explaining every thing he was to do next so she was not fearful of what was going to happen! He was very efficient in carefully setting up the equipment all the while speaking slowly and loudly enough for her to hear and comprehend( to the degree she could!) His very gentle and pleasant( but highly efficient) manner kept her calm. During the EKG,as soon as the leads were strategically placed on her bared chest he closed her pj top and quickly preceded with that exam.( sometimes, as with all medical tests, a bit of our dignity is offended but it's either that or get a poor exam result! I know all to well, I'm a retired X- Ray technologist that worked for radiologists that were exacting and demanded the highest quality images!) In today's increasingly impersonal world , it's refreshing to see a company that holds itself to higher standards! My second experience with this company ( my mother had to have an ABD/pelvic sonogram) was with an Very pleasant , efficient and caring ultrasound technologist ( to my happy surprise I found out she was one of the owners of this company!) She put my mother instantly at ease by gently touching her arm as she introduced herself. she also explained what she was going to do at each portion of the exam( ie. putting the ultrasound wand with cool gel on her abdomen before she did it so my mother wasn't startled ) Her soothing voice and calm manner translated to cooperation from my mom! ( and believe me, my mom is stubborn and uncooperative" to the max" if she thinks she doesn't like or trust you!!!). When she completed the sono she made sure that my mother was wiped dry of any gel and was comfortably back in her favorite position in her hospital bed! And another note worthy point.. SHE told ME the timeline as to when the doctor would get the test results...I DID NOT HAVE TO ASK HER! ( that's a rarity , trying to have people give me info like this is like pulling teeth !). I would highly recommend this great company if you are in need of imaging services that come to the home!”

“This Location and the Medford location have been the best locations for quest diagnostics that I have ever been to the selden location is a nightmare. All three times that I attended the selden location. They screwed up something or hurt me or misinformed me. However, this location took me at 11:50 a.m. with 10 minutes to spare before it closed at noon and the woman was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of having a conversation with and she was quick and efficient and apologetic towards my bad experience at Selden. You're on the South shore Medford location is a good location. If you're on the North shore East setauket location are wonderful. As long as you follow the parameters of booking the appointment online and getting into that office before they close and lock the door. They are happy to help you.”
