Frank is an artisan and professional. I called him at 1:29pm Thursday, and by 11:17am Friday my damaged lambskin coat was returned to me in beautiful condition. He's fast, polite, and clearly knows his stuff. I attached a picture of my perfectly repaired pocket, which I believe now looks even cooler than before.
