We stayed here during our son’s recent surgery. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They really help ease the stress for caregivers with children in the hospital. We were glad to have the option to stay here.

The staff here are all very nice and speak to you very respectfully. The facility is incredible and I really appreciate the fact that my daughter can stay there so close to the hospital and she'll be able to see her baby in the NICU

Our 25-bedroom House offers comfort, support and resources to families, just minutes away from area hospitals in Syracuse, and an opportunity to talk with other guests who understand what it’s like to face the unthinkable. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, phone, cable TV and comes equipped with bed linens and towels.
