Hours: Welcome to Edible Finger Lakes, a culinary magazine dedicated to celebrating and promoting the regional food scene, with a focus on the many farms, vineyards, culinary artisans, chefs and home cooks, farmers’ markets, food shops, country inns, restaurants and cafes. Our mission is to promote local foods and to persuade people living in the region, and those who visit, that fresh food from the area is the most delicious, exciting and healthy choice when it comes to the plate or the pantry.
