“This is an AMAZING boutique that not only has some of everyone's favorite blind box items (smiski, sonny angel, etc), but also showcases and sells incredible products (stickers, bags, pins, plushies, jewelry, apparel, prints, and more) from a TON of NYC and Queens based local artists and small businesses.The staff at the store are super friendly and it's a really wonderful little place of sunshine and kindness in the city. “nice, cute spot for weebs and anime fans. its a pretty tiny store located within the Tangram mall, but they do offer variety. manga, plushes, toys, anime themed beverages in a can, figurines, and gacha machines. there’s definitely something for everyone. i will say though, the gacha machines are pretty expensive— they were a hard pass for me, especially since i just got back from Osaka where the gacha machines are a dime a dozen.”

“My recent experience with ScentFluence was outstanding! I spent hours researching different companies and their products. My main concerns were product safety, product quality, customer experience, and of course the ability to deliver a mind blowing olfactory experience. I came across a lot of companies that were heavily marketed and had websites that would make you think they checked all my boxes. But digging deep into the blog posts and the genuine reviews revealed a market that's filled with defective products, unsafe oils, and poor customer service. I finally stumbled upon ScentFluence and saw that their products are not "inspired by" the aromas of some of the world's most premiere hotels and spas, but that they genuinely produce the scents for these businesses! Product safety? Check! They are IFRA and RIFM compliant and are committed to their clean scent ethos. Product quality? Check! They back their diffusers with a really good warranty, and their essential oils are made for clients such as 1 Hotels and Deep Blue Med Spa among others. Customer experience? Double check! When I called the number listed on Google, I spoke with the owner of the business, Caroline. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and clearly. She also gave me some wonderful scent recommendations. And finally, A mind blowing olfactory experience? I will report back when I get my package! I love supporting businesses like this that genuinely care about the products they make and the customers they serve.”

“Last week, I was desperately looking for some Galentine’s Day gifts for my friends and decided to go check out Gift Box. I must say, this was the perfect place to go!The store is tiny and jammed pack with items like homemade crafts, organic cosmetics, handmade jewelry from local artisans, books and much more. You’ll need to take your time perusing the store since every inch was packed. I was there for about thirty minutes, and I found so many cute and unique items for myself and for gifting. The lady working the counter was also really welcoming and was nice to chat with. I love shopping at stores like these and fits my 2022 goal of trying to shop local and helping support small business.”

“My son transferred from a Suny School to Manhattanville after his sophomore year. I cant say enough good things about this school. Its truly a gem. The campus is beautiful, its in one of the most prestigious areas in the country. It has a very good sports program, d3. What is most impressive to me is the small class sizes and professors who will do all they can to help you succeed. Your safe here, you are with good people and of course they have White Plains NY to have fun at night. The bus will take you there and pick you up. They are pouring money into the school. My suggestion is to visit the school, especially if you are interested in playing sports there. You will be treated well and you will be set up to succeed. My only regret is not sending him here for all four years.”
