Charges my card but never starts the machine. Had to pay for 2 other machines after I paid for the bigger one to do it. Called and voicemail is full and haven’t gotten a call back

Clean facility, on site security system, large medium or small capacity washing machines but XL capacity out of order, very hot dryers, coin op or app op or credit/ debit op, good ac and heating, auto entry door, but no toilet and snack/ hot coffee vending machines don't work. Thanks Sal.
