Ordered a Garmin Forerunner watch from them that UPS then lost in shipping. They sent a replacement watch in time for my race! under 24hr response time to my emails and great to deal with. Thanks Brands!!

This is one of the best bike shops I've been to. Staff and mechanics are very friendly and helpful. They helped expedite an order for me and set everything up on the spot when I came through the door. Highly recommended.
