“I recently visited Roslyn Kosher Food and had the best experience. The pullets that I bought were the best and most of all, everyone is so very accommodating. I asked Emily for a special request, and she graciously said it would not be a problem. The chickens were so clean and so fresh!. I also picked up some fresh chick pea salad. He explained exactly what meats I should get and how I should cook them and at what temperature. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand. “Kollner's Prime Meats is the best butcher around RVC without a doubt. Kollner's meats are ALWAYS fresh - I've tried several other butchers in the area and couldn't say the same for those! Here the pricing is reasonable and whenever I place a special order the turn around is fast. I won't be using another butcher as long as I live around here. I'm super appreciative of all the great meals their meat has allowed me to prepare.”

“Let me start by saying, I AM GOING BACK. I called to place an order for Easter. Granted, I was late to the game, but on the phone, I was told they had everything I wanted and that it was NOT necessary for me to pay in advance. When I got there. Boneless ham was not available to me. I was told, "You should have come in to pay for it." WHO KNEW!! Nobody told me that!! I would have ran right over! Good thing is, the bone in ham was already sliced, cut around the bone and easy to serve. Sides were delicious too. You can head right over there in any day for lunch!”

“I've tried, their rotisserie chicken, mashed potato, and chicken pot pie. Everything tasted great, the rotisserie chicken was well seasoned with savory skin, and still juicy inside. Mashed potatoes came with a side of gravy. Chicken pot pie had a good chicken to veggie ratio, and it was kinda creamy (my favorite type). Would recommend!”
