Great place if you love trains and other transportation modes. The trolley ride through the rolling countryside is not to be missed. Great for families.

So much amazing history to see here! Great place for families and kids of all ages who are into vehicles of all kinds.The cars and locomotives here are so well-preserved. Staff has always been kind, polite, and easy to talk to. The model train setup and trolley ride have always been favorites of mine.

My 7 and 15-year-old boys had a blast. Wished train ride was longer and not so full. We couldn't sit together it was too full
The New York Museum of Transportation brings area history to life with a trolley ride through scenic countryside and an extensive collection including trolley cars, steam locomotive, several model railroads, highway and horse drawn vehicles and the Midtown Plaza Monorail.
