Too many patients, not enough time. I wasnt able to speak with my doctor about new problems I was having. The staff was friendly and helpful but they seemed understaffed as I had to wait for one of the receptionists finish a phone call.

Been attending this practice ~10 years. I have been extremely happy with both Dr. Hodes & Dr. Olivero. They really take the time to listen & provide excellent care. The W.Nyack office use to have some issues with long wait times but this has greatly improved over the last few years. Highly recommended.

I loved Dr. Hodes when i was seeing him. I'm afraid since he no longer sees patients, things have gone down hill. Can't even get a call back - takes days. I'm finding the telehealth app on my phone to be more useful to be honest. That is truly unfortunate.
