The food is nothing great here but the view and atmosphere make it all worthwhile. Great place to stop for lunch - very laid-back beachy vibes.

Nice spot, reasonable prices. Liked the chowder, but no stuffed cauhogs!?!?Settled for the crabcakes, which were ok.

We have been wanting to go to john Scott's for years as we passed on our way home from the beach. Friends invited us for dinner and it was great, so sorry I haven't stopped in before. Service was excellent.
