nice park noisy events booming music… surrounding PARK HILLresidents are not happy

Today Parks department decided to change Coynes kitchen while bingo was going on. Evidently they did.not notify our workers of this to schedule this work.It was extremely cold to where we put our coats on.I left early not happy.
