“I love TJ MAXX! This is a great store. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the employees have always been very nice. My only complaint is they don't have a great selection of boys clothes. I'm also waiting for them to get more of the zero sugar caramel drink syrup. Otherwise great store!”

Requested style: I do a pixie cut with variations depending on how I feel and what kind of look I want at the time. I never leave dissatisfied.
Specialties: They also do teeth whitening, esthetician and spray tanning, facial and spa services.
Hair type: My hair is thin and has no volume to it. Carson has worked with me on suggesting products that help with the volume and styling it to maximize the look. I have her cut mine dry and then wash and style then trim up any area that needs attention.

“I shop at the High Point Chico's often. As soon as you walk in the store the sales associates make you feel at home. They know what I would like before I do and are extremely helpful. If they do not have the merchandise in stock they always pull it up on their computers and offer to order it for you. If the ordered item does not fit they will exchange it without a problem and will try to find the proper fit or style for you. I know it is a smaller store but the personnel attention you receive is very refreshing.”

I suggest that they look outside of their own demographic circle and help everyone who walks into the store. (You just might be missing an opportunity to have a large $$$ sale because you didn’t pay attention to who was shopping!!)

“I went in the store on 11/8. I was greeted by the associates and was asked if I needed any assistance. I was helped by April. She ordered some items that were needed and even engaged with my 10 month old as we were cashing out. April was very helpful and polite. I know I probably was getting on her nerves because I was getting on my own nerves. But she never expressed it or let it show on her face even if I was. She's a very good asset to the company as she knows a lot about the items in the store! Thank you April!”
“I used to be a little disappointed in this store because they always had the bare minimum on the shelves and racks but the last few times I've been in there, Christmas holiday, they have been pretty stocked. There has been options and plenty to choose from. Prices are reasonable and no issue with the workers.”

“This is the cutest boutique and it literally has everything! The girls that work here at the sweetest and so kind and helpful. They have clothes, jewelry, gifts for children and adults, an engraving system and they wrap gifts. Normally boutiques are rather expensive but the prices here are good, especially for a boutique! They have a great selection of E Newton bracelets, which are really popular right now too.”
