“I had 2 different ladies helping me to find cowboy boots I could wear. However, I couldn't find any that I could wear. I have trouble finding something I can wear on my feet. They showed me everything available & even checked in the back to see if there was a thing else. They didn't have any wide boots, so 1 lady suggested I try children's boots, but I couldn't find anything that fit me there either, but they were closer to my wide foot.”
“Came in at the very last minute before I needed to be at an event with no hope. The owner was so sweet and helpful, she started pulling things off for me to try on until I was happy! She’s so amazing and a wonderful person!!”

“Clerks working throughout store were pleasant and helpful. Hugh selection for variety of ages (not just mature women!) Love their clearance racks and WOW specials. Checkout clerk had had a rude customer just before me in line; she was ruffled a bit but certainly didn't take it out on me!”

Requested style: I do a pixie cut with variations depending on how I feel and what kind of look I want at the time. I never leave dissatisfied.
Specialties: They also do teeth whitening, esthetician and spray tanning, facial and spa services.
Hair type: My hair is thin and has no volume to it. Carson has worked with me on suggesting products that help with the volume and styling it to maximize the look. I have her cut mine dry and then wash and style then trim up any area that needs attention.

“I enjoyed my shopping experience. The bathrooms were clean. They had soap and paper towels. I am noting this because many establishments do not have everything women need to use the barhroom properly.
I found great gifts for my friends that are heading back to school.
My check out girl was excellent. Unfortunately, the receipts no longer have their names listed.
You know I am addicted to great customer service.
I would highly recommend this location.

“I love TJ MAXX! This is a great store. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the employees have always been very nice. My only complaint is they don't have a great selection of boys clothes. I'm also waiting for them to get more of the zero sugar caramel drink syrup. Otherwise great store!”

“Came here to take family photos for the first time today 8/15. I would firstly like to say that our photographer Jada was amazing, very kind and super patient with us the entire time. The other lady at the front with her named curtsey ? was very rude to us from the jump. She also made a lot of snarky comments towards Jada in front of everyone mentioning that she would lose her job because of something irrelevant which we found super uncomfortable and unprofessional. curtsey also gave us a very hard time with our appointment although we were on time. If we didn't have to deal with curtsey, this experience would have been 5 stars. Jada deserves a raise.”
“I shop at the High Point Chico's often. As soon as you walk in the store the sales associates make you feel at home. They know what I would like before I do and are extremely helpful. If they do not have the merchandise in stock they always pull it up on their computers and offer to order it for you. If the ordered item does not fit they will exchange it without a problem and will try to find the proper fit or style for you. I know it is a smaller store but the personnel attention you receive is very refreshing.”

“This was my first time visiting this store. I stayed for a while. They have some nice clothes. Lots of different name brands. You just have to “dig” around and then you start seeing brands that you like. The store has a lot of items that include some very nice labels. They are all priced lower than they would be if you shopped at the original store. I will be going back soon.”
“I absolutely love this store, I only shop here for my children who are tall and skinny. They have the perfect fitting skinny Jeans with the length and xs tops. Customer service is great. 1 young lady helped me order Jeans online and told me if I order at the store it's always free shipping. It only took a few days for the jeans to arrive.”

“I went in the store on 11/8. I was greeted by the associates and was asked if I needed any assistance. I was helped by April. She ordered some items that were needed and even engaged with my 10 month old as we were cashing out. April was very helpful and polite. I know I probably was getting on her nerves because I was getting on my own nerves. But she never expressed it or let it show on her face even if I was. She's a very good asset to the company as she knows a lot about the items in the store! Thank you April!”
“I used to be a little disappointed in this store because they always had the bare minimum on the shelves and racks but the last few times I've been in there, Christmas holiday, they have been pretty stocked. There has been options and plenty to choose from. Prices are reasonable and no issue with the workers.”

“This is the cutest boutique and it literally has everything! The girls that work here at the sweetest and so kind and helpful. They have clothes, jewelry, gifts for children and adults, an engraving system and they wrap gifts. Normally boutiques are rather expensive but the prices here are good, especially for a boutique! They have a great selection of E Newton bracelets, which are really popular right now too.”
