Spoke over the phone with Rob S. who was very kind and professional, but most importantly he treated me like a person and not just another number.
He did a wonderful job explaining what coverages were included, and answered all of my questions without using complicated jargon.
I got a lower premium than my previous auto insurance company, AND better coverage. (SUCK IT, LIBERTY MUTUAL! Rob is better than your LiMu Emu!)
