Another must visit in NC. What could easily be a plain old museum is brought alive by the guides. Plenty of artifacts, stories and a few legends.

We've joked about visiting this place many times I've the years, but decided to check it out while the grandparents were in town. It's a fascinating place, and I felt bad for not taking it seriously before.
The guided tour lasts about an hour, and our guide was super helpful and knowledgeable!
