Owner just makes up random prices depending on the day it is i was told i never paid for my room after making payment and staff is argumentative and money

Very bad hotel, incompetent staff, I booked a room, made a payment, and was told that online bookings are not accepted and the money is not refunded. I don't recommend this to anyone. And despite all this, there is a very nasty smell of marijuana and dirt in the room.
