“Yes I am a customer, well my cat SADIE is-lol, and we are very content with all aspects of the Veterinary care we receive at Plaza Vet in Burlington, NC. First time I have had a pet as an adult and am in my 60's. Was unsure of the processes needed to ensure my SADIES' well being, but everyone at Plaza was welcoming and patient and you could tell they actually LOVE animals. Not just a job for them. Listens and communicates well as far as necessary services and the even more personal needs of the animals-and their humans as well! Keeps in contact via texts, calls or emails (you tell them which is better for you) and I am confident my SADIE is healthy! Plaza gives me that piece of mind needed to be a successful pet human.”

“A time or 2 Missy or Max needed to be seen & they got them in & we really appreciated that! They really seem to care about our precious babies! Missy is no long with us but we still have Max & recently got Ellie! We needed to make sure Ellie was ok, we weren't sure every thing was done before we got her! She is now free of fleas & worms!”

“So... My 2 year old lab/pit mix was abused and has squirrel nerves (literally). I took him today to get shots. He will not let me put him on leash, doesn't walk on leash, doesn't want any part of riding in the car. They wanted to take him inside today to get his weight. We do his shots in the car. They were amazing with him. Got him on leash , out of car and he army crawled from car to front desk! Adorable! She was amazing! Please respond from clinic with name of staff member! She needs to be acknowledged! They are amazing!”

“Dr. Miller kindly assisted us with the use of some large animal imaging equipment during an urgent animal exam at our wildlife park. Her professionalism and her ability to work in an ever-evolving situation was extremely impressive, and she collaborated well with our Park’s veterinarian to discuss options and reach treatment conclusions. We are very grateful for her assistance on a tight timeline. We know what a busy schedule she keeps! I would highly recommend her as a very capable and thorough veterinarian using top notch current equipment.”

“I was very pleased with the care and customer service I received from this practice. My animals go elsewhere and it seems like no matter what is going on I can NEVER get my babies into their vet and have to go to ER. Well this is the second time we have used Alamance VH. The first time was for my lab and an eye infection that came on suddenly before going out of town.. they squeezed him in same day. Then I had an issue with my chihuahua limping right before the weekend. Of course my vet was booked again. I called AVH and they squeezed my baby in right before closing. I was so thankful and appreciative as both time I felt like they genuinely cared. I will be going back and transferring my care there :)”

“Unfortunately my dog got into some poison, town and country was the closest place open in Burlington. There was only one veterinarian so we did have to wait about an hour, luckily my dog vomited most of the poison up already so we waited and they gave us some activated charcoal to take home to help with her stomach.”

“We could not have found a better office to take our special needs kitty when we moved to town! Dr. Cates and the rest of the staff we’ve met have all been AMAZING. They’re quick and efficient but also so understanding and friendly. Our cat can be a handful and they have worked with him so well and made us so comfortable. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. My family will be transitioning all of their animals to Westbrook this year as well.”

“I would like to say what a professional, compassionate and caring experience I had with Dr. Tickle and staff on Sunday, 2/19/23. Their expertise was displayed as I brought what to me is my “child”, into this facility for end of life care. This was one of the hardest things I ever had to do! My head knew one thing and my heart broke! Dr Tickle was very compassionate and comforting to me and to my dog. I know I did what was right and knowing that they understood was very comforting to me. I could not ask for a better place to go in an emergency situation for animal care.”

“Been to All Paws 3 different times in 2023. The vets and the staff were all wonderful! Very caring and very compassionate! Saved the lives of our beagles each time! Expensive? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. Time consuming? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. I have no complaints whatsoever. Our furry family is worth it. Thank you for being here in Burlington.
