Robert was friendly and responsive upon initial inquiry. And he visited my new-construction site twice to ensure thorough review of all systems (i.e. water, HVAC). He also caught several small, but significant items like areas needing weathersealing, over-tightened metal roof screws, etc. This guy gets the details right!

Robert is an excellent home inspector! We had a maintenance inspection to learn more about our home. He told us things that no one had before and helped provide solutions. Very professional. Website very easy to use. I would highly recommend him!

I have requested Robert twice for home inspections prior to purchasing homes. He is very thorough and explained his results in detail. He is very personable and worth every penny. I would not buy a home without consulting him.
