She gave us the tools and insight to help us know how to help him, and a bit of counseling/encouragement for us. All the staff there are super helpful and awesome also. ❤️”

“I've been going to Patton Ave Pet for over since it opened and I love the downtown location and as Asheville grew I would still tackle the tourist and traffic to go to the downtown location.I was so pleased when they opened Bath and Bones so close to my house and I'm happy they stock the same items I usually buy at the other locations.I take my Princess there every Sunday for her bath. The staff is great and because the store is specifically for Dogs the staff has gotten to know us and know what products we like.I absolutely love the concept and as a local I appreciate the ease of getting in for our baths.”

“Upon arrival, I explained to the associate (James) that the item I purchased (standard Litter Genie refill) was very difficult to find anywhere. I was only able to purchase 1 via the Petco app at this store and no other store in the area had the item at all. Could not find the item through other vendors in a 50 mile radius and also not available through Amazon. James took the time to check the computer and saw that he was able to place an order for some to be shipped to my home and those items were in stock at the main warehouse (I guess that's how it works). We discussed ordering several since it appears they may be discontinuing (?) or just hard to find. He also mentioned upgrading to the newer model of Litter Genie and to come and see him when I was ready and he would assist with that process. James was so very helpful and for sure went above and beyond just giving me my pick up order. Thank you so, so much!!!!!”

“This was my first time in this particular Petco store. The store's clean, well lit, well merchandised with a wide selection of products and competitive pricing. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help, answer questions and asked questions as to provide the best guidance. Their return policy for fish is 30 days from purchase with the sales receipt, deceased fish and a water sample from your aquarium. I'll definitely be back.”

“I have just started seeing Doctor Laurel of Sunvet Animal Wellness Clinic and she is everything I was looking for in a holistic vet. Her skill in advanced kinesiological technique plus her ability to communicate w/the animals she sees (or doesn't "see", if phone consultation, another "plus") greatly enhance the basic Western Vet. training that is also part of her practice. I found her to be not only expertly knowledgeable in her field but also very kind and generous w/her time. The setting of the clinic is so gentle and mellow that my l8 year old mini-greyhound who would ALWAYS shake like she had St. Vitus' Dance affliction when even close to the animal clinics, had not a single tremor both times we were there. She was amazingly calm and comfortable! The staff of 2 at the Wellness Clinic are very caring as well as efficient--email or phone questions are always answered by end of the day. I give the Sunvet clinic a five-star rating.”
