“Asheville Pet Supply is an important and trusted part of the Asheville area. The owners and staff create a family focused atmosphere and are incredibly knowledgeable about pet food and health. They take the time to explain options and help people make the best choices for their animals. They won my heart when we stopped by during Hurricane Helene last year. They were the only store open that had cat food. I’ve also gotten to know the owners and interacted with a few customers during my visits. It is clear that their care and guidance have made a real difference in the health of pets throughout the area. One of the best pet supply shops in Asheville.”

“Just wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I have been with the exemplary customer service from Holly Matthews. I ordered a tag for my pup a few years ago. The tag eventually started to show some wear and fell off the collar one day recently. I reached out to Holly as she helped me previously with my initial order and was extremely responsive. Not only did Holly respond back extremely fast when I reached out to see if the tag was still available for me to reorder, but she informed me the tag came with a lifetime warranty and offered to send me a new tag replacement at no charge! I would have easily purchased another tag as the quality and customer service are unparalleled. I would highly recommend Dog Tag Art for all your dog or cat needs!”

“Got both of my cats up to date on their vaccinations. The Vetco staff was phenomenal!!! FYI next time I will be going to the Merrimon Ave location because they have rooms and at this location all of the animals are out in the open and it’s not ideal for cats.”
