“Just wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I have been with the exemplary customer service from Holly Matthews. I ordered a tag for my pup a few years ago. The tag eventually started to show some wear and fell off the collar one day recently. I reached out to Holly as she helped me previously with my initial order and was extremely responsive.
Not only did Holly respond back extremely fast when I reached out to see if the tag was still available for me to reorder, but she informed me the tag came with a lifetime warranty and offered to send me a new tag replacement at no charge! I would have easily purchased another tag as the quality and customer service are unparalleled.
