They don't deliver when scheduled and don't communicate. Samsung should work with a better delivery company.

Horrible customer service, they don't deliver when scheduled, shame on Samsung for contracting them.

Great on the front end with delivering our product. Great communication, friendly, etc. However, we had to return the product due to packing damage, and they called promptly and scheduled pick up. However, on the pick up date and they did not come. I had to call about it.
