“I just want to say this Dollar General is always fully stocked....I always find everything that I need whenever I go there....The cashiers are super nice except for this one particular lady...she always have an attitude and is always on the phone when she's ringing up customers...very unpleasant and a miserable person that you can tell there's a lot going on with her....and very disrespectful towards some customers....two of my favorite workers are no longer there because of this unprofessional manager.....she only helps whom she wants to help as far as customers goes.. WATCH the prices.....they always overcharge on items because she does not know what the hell she is doing....Also she is giving items to her friends and family members if this type of behavior continues...I will be reporting this person to the corporate office.... Requiring you to walk through a California forest fire, prior to entering the store. I'm quite sure there's some back or side door, where that would be more feasible.”

“They had just what I needed at the right price. Nicole the cashier was very nice, helpful and polite. She took the time to help a little girl that was in front of me with her Mother find a certain kind of candy she wanted. It was very sweet!! There was about 6 people in front of me and 4 or 5 behind me and Nicole didnt miss a beat I was out the door in less than 3 minutes. Theres a Family Dollar closer to me but I will go the extra 3 miles to this one because I was so impressed buy the entire store. Great Job!!!!”

“My first visit was delightful. Im in a wheelchair and needed help reaching and there was a young man who was sweeping up to earn extra funds. He was courteous and kind. One of the workers told me that he comes sometimes in the afternoon to see if he could help. This is what i call old fashioned, “it takes a village”, good values. Training up a child in the way that he should go. We dont know what someine is going through at home, but when a child us willing to work we should grab on and never let go. I was so proud of him and the worker! He was gone by the time i checked out, but i left 10.00 dollars for him and told her i would return to check in him, the worker told me he was so happy and spent most of it on school supplies and a few things for his mom. I will return often to patronize this particular store. This store has a steady customer in this grateful woman.”

“If customers understand what short staff means. If you don’t like the service you can go to another store. If there’s no employees to put the truck up then the merchandise is going to be low stock. If they are close is for a reason. If you are unemployed and need a job the apply there and start making the difference but you can’t talk about something you don’t know. And for the lady that said that there were like 6 employees talking trash about the manager there’s not that much employees at that store so that’s a lie. Keep it real and be understanding too.”
