“I have to say I'm so pleased with this center and staff. I was so stressed and in a situation to have to quit my job when I called a couple times and asked to be on wait list they had. They called me and my babies started the staff made my babies transition so easy and showed them so much love and affection to making sure they are comfortable and letting them know I will be back they have really helped and followed the strict rules on feeding I have mrs Natasha and Mrs alieen listened to my daughters feeding allegeries and have really made sure it was followed to the tee. When other centers turned my baby away due to allegries. The learning foe both of my kids you can tell when they come home how much they are learning the quick response and amazing communication from all staff really exceeded my expectations. Thank yall so much for all your hard work it does not go unnoticed.”

“The love that the staff at LBA had for kiddos goes unmatched. My preschool age son started there in 2023 he was advanced which caused him to get bored and engage in problem behaviors at other centers, his teachers were Ms Ebony and Ms Kiersten the had so much patience with him, and really tailored his learning to his needs, gave him responsibilities in the classroom. At one point he said he hated school, once he began at LBA he enjoyed getting up and going to school. This meant so much to us.Now my two younger sons attend and I couldn't have better things to say.”

“Overall I would recommend childcare network. We’ve had a great experience with the infant teachers. They are caring, interactive and make an effort to tell you about your child’s day or answer questions. The Kids Report app isn’t great and there are no video cams to check in — so there is room for improvement with technology. There have been three changes in management in less than 1 year at this facility. Last month there were some staffing issues with the teachers that could have been handled more seamlessly. We would have appreciated better communication, but eventually it got worked out. We will continue to trust childcare network with the care of our child. I hope this facility is compensating their teachers/staff fairly and expressing their appreciation! If it weren’t for attentive and friendly teachers, we would likely look elsewhere for care.”

“My son has recently started at Riverwood KinderCare right after Labor Day & we absolutely love the environment & the welcomed faces we receive every morning. All the teachers have really shown their patience and love an care for Jameson. With his medical history he takes awhile to adapt to any changes & have many sensory issues. His teacher Madison is amazing & always keeps me updated on how he’s doing throughout the day! The director Camilla is AMAZING & is there with any concern or need you may have & she responds back to any email in a very timely matter. Thank you for treating us like family we love you guys & can’t wait to see Jamesons growth!”
