Because of Kristy sharing that information with me, I was able to have Banks diagnosed and healed promptly. Not only is she a great groomer, but better person!”

“I just wanted to recognize Brian for his service and his great attitude. I had trouble locating some items in there and he helped me find it right away and explained to me what it was. I didn’t even know that PetSmart carry frozen mice! Not only did he do a great job of assisting me, but at the same time being able to assist multiple other customers and be able to answer the phone and while that was happening, a dog urinated on the floor and he took full control over the situation and cleaned it up with a great attitude, which I don’t think I could’ve done lol Thank you, Brian for all your help.
