They show genuine concern for my needs and take the time to listen to everything I have to say. When needed, they need to send you to an outside facility they are sure to get things all set up quickly without any need for me to provide any further information to the other resources. I always feel like I am with extended family when I have a visit at the Health Pavillion. If you are looking for a primary care facility, I would definitely recommend that you check to see if they are accepting new patients because you will definitely be making a great choice if you can get in.”

She is consistently positive, shows genuine concern and competence! Whenever there is a dilemma regarding our prescriptions she is always able to help us through it. We need more genuine, knowledgeable, and professional individuals like Jessica in the medical profession! She makes life so much easier for those of us who are busy caretakers. “Ordered a calendar online 2 days ago as a ssme day pick up, and it's still not ready. The pages were printed but not assembled with the spiral thing. So far, 30 minutes later, they still can't assemble it. I hope i don't have to pay full price for a same day pick up when 2 days later it's still not ready.
Had 1 star, just changed it to 4 because one of the employees made things right and gave me a discount...thanks! Someone else had printed my calendar and didn't finish the job. There were 2 of them trying to figure things out and finally did. Hopefully this situation doesn't happen to any other customers or employees.”

“This pharmacy is so much better than the CVS on Owen drive. They never seem to begrudge filling my narcotic pain meds like Melanie (3rd shift pharmacist at CVS Owen dr). I’ve never been denied my rx because of a new guideline or bc they need to ask the dr a question about the medicine and it’s Saturday morning, no dr in till Monday so ur out of ur meds till office opens,(again, this is what Melanie @ CVS, Owen dr did.) That was the breaking point for me, I changed to Walmart and I’m still happy I did.The moral of this review I’ll share one more time….DONT GO TO CVS ON OWEN DRIVE FAYETTEVILLE NC WHEN MELANIE IS WORKING 3rd shift pharmacist!!!!!yes, CVS has a nice review from me also ?”
