“I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta. Happy, Happy, Happy doesn’t quite say it. From the service manager who took his time to talk with me many times on the phone and in person about all of my concerns, for scheduling my appointments, and the wonderful lady in the parts department who ordered the parts I needed. I cannot thank you enough. I am ecstatic to have found a reliable place to take my car and my husband’s truck. They fixed all the problems with my car and they put their best mechanic on the job and in two days time, I got my car back in top form. I cannot thank you enough for keeping my car safe on the road. I am so grateful. 5 stars won’t do, it’s more like 10. Very, very happy customer. ❤”

“The owner Todd is incredible to work with. I called him looking for a replacement cargo van door window for my old work van. He was quick to respond and look through his large inventory. Todd is very knowledgeable of vehicles and their parts fitment and didn't just give a blanket yes, we have it but instead said "We have a couple vans with windows that might fit, if you do not mind coming in, we'd be more than happy to verify one of them will work." I appreciate honesty like that above anything else. I highly recommend Hales to anyone in need of a reasonably priced car part.”

“Friendly person running the place. I tried to fix something myself and when I didn't have the tools I brought it here. He got me right in, fixed it within 45 minutes and only charged $45 when I expected it to be over $100. I will return if I ever need exhaust repair.”
“had everything I needed for a Ford 2000 tractor except Holley carburetor parts and I needed a float because my float had started leaking gas inside guess I'll have to fix that myself cuz they don't carry Holly parts anymore but I was able to get all the ignition system parts very nice gentleman”

“Kayla, the store manager, is so awesome! I will literally drive 45 mins away just to come to this store because of her. She was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She even put my windshield wipers on for me! Her and her colleague were also able to advise me on a cleaner to use for my oxygen sensor. Best customer service I have in a long time. These women need a raise.”
“I had a check engine light pop up on my vehicle for the first time and I went in to get the code ran a woman actually ran my code which I think is amazing. She spoke to me in a way where I can relate to her and she did not judge me for my messy messy car. Related to me as a mother and as a mother of pets I am very glad that I went there and they are very close to my home. Overall had a great experience”
“I have a Dodge Ram 1500 and it had a whole lot issues. Ed and his service team jumped on that truck and very quickly found each issue and repaired them. My truck runs like a new one. They even cleaned it and made sure I was ready to drive off at no extra charge...ALOT of work for a fraction of the cost at other dealerships. VERY PLEASED!.”
“Desmund was kind and friendly. The people there helped me out of a bad situation. I popped a tire going over a pot hole, and thankfully I listened to Desmund and purchased road hazard when I had the tire installed, it was a quick 30 minute process, and Desmund ensured professionalism and quality throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend this place if you need tire work done to your car. And the road hazard pays for itself if you end up with any problems!!”
