“The entire dealership and the employees that were there upon my arrival were very welcoming and accommodating. They had the vehicle in stock and it was ready for delivery upon my arrival. The car was clean and filled with fuel. The sales rep was not available due to a prior commitment and this sale was made over the phone and internet. The person who demonstrated the car was knowledgeable and helpful making good suggestions along the way. He helped with OnStar set up, Satellite radio setup, etc. He demonstrated safety features and owners manual with me, and explained and showed me the service department area. I appreciate his hard work to help his fellow teammates. This told me a lot about the dealership and the fraternity the employees have with one another. The sales manager was through and explained everything in detail and the process was quick and smooth. The Finance manager had most of the paperwork ready with the exception of the prepaid plan for service which I purchased. He demonstrated the value of each of the products. Overall I am very pleased with Kurtis Chevrolet in Morehead City, as they treated me professionally and gave me the best deal out of 4 other dealers from Shallotte, NC all the way to Wake Forest, NC. I will be using Kurtis Chevrolet for service appointments.”

“This dealership was an answer to prayer!While traveling for business, the starter failed in my Ford Excursion. We were able to limp to our hotel in Morehead City, NC. I had to be setting up for an event on Friday by mid-day or I would be in breech of contract for my client.I am disabled and drive a specialized vehicle with a wheelchair lift. Renting a vehicle was not an option. In essence I was stranded and in a very dire situation.I called Lookout Ford first thing Friday morning and explained my situation. We all know the chances of getting "on demand" service without an appointment is most always impossible. The person who took my call was very kind and compassionate and understood the severity of my situation. She connected me with a service technician who took time to listen to my troubleshooting steps. He immediately said "Sir, we'll do our very best to get your repaired today. We'll do all we can to try and help you make your event on time".When we arrived at the dealership their staff met us at the vehicle and immediately took it into the service department.An hour and a half we were back on the road! You just don't find old fashioned, hometown, compassionate customer service like that anymore.Lookout Ford is the exception to the rule. They have set the bar for customer service very high, and are the benchmark to which other dealerships will have to measure up to. We received first class, quality service that went far above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for.We were an out of town family in a jam. It would have been very easy for someone to take advantage of us. However, Lookout Ford gave us a fast repair at a very fair price.Thank you Lookout Ford. Your staff were all very helpful and friendly. Your service was fast, efficient and cost effective. I enthusiastically give you my highest recommendation. God bless you and your team!!!!”

“The folks at Bogue RV on Hwy 70 are fantastic. Bob Oliver is an honest, no pressure salesman. He answered all my questions, and found the answers to the questions he didn't know. Unlike other camper dealers, Bogue RV has no hidden fees. The documentation fee was disclosed right away and the camper price was between the J. D. Power average and low retail price. I was able to negotiate an additional discount. Chris, a mechanic who inspects and repairs the campers, was very thorough during the walk through. He demonstrated and explained how all the systems work, stayed late on a Friday afternoon to ensure we were happy, understood how everything works, and made sure we were properly hooked up and ready to travel. My experience with Bob, Chris and Bogue RV was excellent. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again!”

“Lookout Ford ATTN: Lisa Cruse, Parts & Service Director 5557 Highway 70 West Morehead City, NC 28557 Ms. Cruse: We are safely home after an 11-day trip to the Outer Banks, thanks in part to your Service Department. The morning of September 18, 2020, we were preparing to take a quick excursion from our RV park on Roanoke Island only to find that our 2007 Jeep Liberty would not start. After an unsuccessful attempt to jump start it, we decided to tow it to our next scheduled stop in Newport, NC, and see if we would get a diagnosis there. I did an internet search and called your dealership. I initially spoke with Rebecca Hawkins, explained our situation, and asked if there was someone available to run a diagnostic. She was very personable and sympathetic and promised to talk to Richard Lee. She was prompt in getting back to me, to say to go ahead and bring it in. We heard from Richard the next morning, September 19, about needing a replacement part and that it would most likely be Monday before the repair could be completed. Knowing that we were RV'ing and dependent on our towed Jeep, he was most kind to find us a dealership loaner car. On Monday, Richard was off-duty, so we talked with Zac Chandanais. He made sure the repair was done by the end of the day, Monday, September 21. All in all, we cannot say enough about the attitude and service of each person with whom we had contact. They were sympathetic to our being stranded on the road away from home, and went above and beyond the call of duty to get us repaired and back to enjoying our Outer Banks excursion.
