They all do to extort money from residents living in poor living conditions. the swimming pool is not maintained. There is no guard in the complex but you have to pay for parking and at night they come and steal your tires.

just bought our home late 2023 and they hitting me and my family with a 2nd HOA FEE FOR A HOME IN NEIGHBORHOOD THAT DOESNT EVEN HAVE POWER OR SIDEWALKS. Top that off not gonna pay HOA to a company that’s ripping me and my family off. Don’t get screwed by dream finders.
