“I was seen as a new patient today at Village Internal, Medicine. I went in feeling emotional and overwhelmed but walked out feeling very pleased and at ease. The medical assistant Brittney was very pleased and so helpful from the beginning to the end of my appointment. Daniela Marquez was my new provider. She started talking and I started crying. She was very comforting and reassured me that she be there to help me in anyway that she could. I felt so relaxed at that point. She was very recent and patient with me and probably took longer with me than she should have. I apologize for taking up so much of her time, she said not to worry. I felt so relaxed with her. I felt so relieved to know I have my health in her hands. Thank you to the office staff for being so pleasant.”

“I have been going here for about 10 years and see Cynthia Phillips. It’s wonderful knowing you are seen as a real person not a number. The tests are quite extensive, unlike those my regular dr does. I’d rather pay a little more to prevent issues than wait until I’m sick and then be treated to fix something or to catch something in the early stages. It’s nice-for example-to know I don’t have cancer (how many drs check this before you start feeling bad) then being told later by my regular dr I have it and now I have to go on chemo etc.I would not hesitate to recommend Cynthia Phillips or the practice for anyone looking for a functional medicine provider.”
