“So, I visited Concentra Urgent Care for a DOT drug screening and a DOT physical. Everything went well from checking in to walking out. The only thing I could complain about is the time it took the doctor to make it over to me. I believe it was a hard 45 mins. Maybe an hour, but that was the least out of the entire visit. I was treated with friendly service and care from start to finish. My doctor was female, and personally I feel a little uncomfortable with women performing physicals on men, but no parts had to be pulled out and nothing had to be exposed for this physical, so I was perfectly fine. I grant Concentra Urgent Care a full 5 stars for the courtesy shown and the services rendered.”

“I have been going here for about 10 years and see Cynthia Phillips. It’s wonderful knowing you are seen as a real person not a number. The tests are quite extensive, unlike those my regular dr does. I’d rather pay a little more to prevent issues than wait until I’m sick and then be treated to fix something or to catch something in the early stages. It’s nice-for example-to know I don’t have cancer (how many drs check this before you start feeling bad) then being told later by my regular dr I have it and now I have to go on chemo etc.I would not hesitate to recommend Cynthia Phillips or the practice for anyone looking for a functional medicine provider.”

“I love the staff here very helpful and respectful. However, you have a mold problem here in this building, and a real big mold problem in this waiting room. Mold is a silent killer. You shouldn't expose your workers and clients to such a harmful substance. I added photos of what is happening in here. Mold all through the Air vents very badly and water damage all through the roof. I give 5 Stars to the staff but zero Stars for the mold. No bueno!!!”
