“I confused this office with another, and got my appointment times and doctors mixed up. They still saw me that day, regardless of everything, and were very sweet and accepting of my apologies. The veterinarian I saw was extremely thorough and kind, and so were the techs and office ladies. Although this office will not be my go to place to take my animals, I still highly recommend them. The pricing is fair, and I couldn’t have asked for for a better experience with how they handled my dog and I.”

“After some bad experiences at another vet I switch my 4 year old golden doodle to Ambassador. He was up to date on everything but had an ear infection that flared up overnight. I called and explained that he was shaking his head and they got me worked in the same day. Although they were busy, they were kind and took their time with us from front desk, to tech and doctor. I felt like we received great advice and care. I learned they also offer grooming and their own online pet prescription site. We have found our new favorite vet!”

My other dog has a lot of anxiety and they do so well trying to calm him down. “Wanted to say what an awesome vet hospital this is. My baby was having muscle spasms and acting weird. Called my regular vet and they wouldn’t see her. Tried several other local vets with no luck, but Ambassador Dr Cawthorne told me to bring my baby in. She was great with my girl and very thorough is exposing what my baby needs to get back yo normal. I’m so thankful for the care my girl received here today. Not only was the Dr amazing but the whole staff was polite, helpful and made me feel at ease bringing my girl to a vet she had never seen until today. “I have been very pleased with the training and personal interactions I have had with my tri-color rough collie, Kathel, and the owner and staff at River Run Dog Training. Kathel previously completed six weeks of puppy obedience class at Pet Smart, but I didn't feel comfortable that he really got what he needed. The four-week basic obedience class at River Run has been great! Lots of hands-on work for Kathel and me, but terrific demonstrations and coaching throughout the hour-long lesson. We're looking forward to continuing Kathel's training here an moving into agility.”

The remaining staff was likewise friendly and efficient. Dr. Davis devised a logical treatment plan by her comprehensive approach to treat not only symptoms but causes as well. She is definitely someone that one can learn from. Through her thorough explanations that covered all of my concerns, I felt comfortable having my dog treated at Ambassador and will continue to recommend the aforementioned facility. Furthermore, the charges were plausible as well as feasible. I did not once have the impression that I was being sold and proposed treatment more than necessary which has certainly happened to me at other veterinary clinics in surrounding areas.”

“My baby Teddy was a sick little fella !! From the moment I walked in , the staff was friendly! Patient and kind . Dr Chavis was absolutely the most kindest , sweetest , caring , most patient Vet I have ever encountered. She took her time , explained what she felt my Teddy needed based the symptoms I described , he needed several test , after she discussed the test he needed based on his Symptoms, the cost , I was very pleased because it was much more reasonable than I figured !! Once the testing was done , she reviewed the results and needless to say , I was devastated!! She was again patient , kind , caring, understanding and not once did she show any indication of needing to get to the next appointment, it was as if Me , my Teddy and Daughter who we face timed was the only ones on the clinic . Dr Chavis did not pressure us , did not make us feel remorseful, did not try to do any testing other than what was necessary. she was understanding My daughter and I had to make a tough decision that day and I’m forever grateful to Dr Chavis for the love care and concern and patience she showed that day . My Beagle Molly will be seeing her soon”

“I wrote a review 4 years ago praising this place and to this day they still have my praises. I went to Petco 2 months ago to set up a fish tank and I would have to say I've been back at least 20 times between buying more supplies, having them check my water, asking questions, and even adding new tanks. Every single time I've come in they do not hesitate to help assist me. I would like to shout out to the employees who have gone above and beyond no matter how many times they have dealt with me. Jewell, Tyese, Jerry, Destiny, and Tavares thank you for caring for your customers and especially the animals. I have never been to a store that has employees who care about their animals and customers like Petco has. If you look at my photos you'll see everything is clean from the aisles stacked so nicely and neatly to the tanks and enclosures cared for. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. Great job Petco at having amazing workers and keeping them trained in animal care.”
