Yelled at a senior using a cane for bairly, accieldently going behind the counter. She's looking at items on a wall as a staff member sitting down, yelled, mam, mam, mam! Until she finally glanced over and yelled again, your behind the register. Why not just go up to her and saying at room volume, can I help you, etc

We go every two weeks, the store is so clean and organized thanks to Roseanne,they have new merchandise all the time.I love the fact that they help animals. We will be back.
