Nothing but trouble since the merger. Suddenly I find myself spending hours & hours on banking issues every week.Employees have clearly been stressed as they don’t know when appointments have been booked and they tend to be curt and unhelpful.

Will not return phone calls and will not help me with my parents acct...The drive-thru teller was very rude .... U need to think about how you act ...u don't know what someone is going thru.... Like both of my parents passed away and banks and people should help instead of being rude

Very nice staff everything processed quickly and with ease. However, this branch looks deserted especially if there are no cars in the parking lot. The drive thru needs a major remodel.
