call center is not in the USA and certainly don't help you in an emergency as they are super slow to get your information and your concerns. I have been with them for years and their service has declined every year. Time to switch providers until they care about customer service

I have spent the last hour on the phone, transferred to 6 different people to no Resolution! I am angry! Each person saying I wl get you to the right person now. I am stuck in a contract and only half my system works! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My sister passed recently, canceling phone, internet, credit cards all went about as you would expect. ADT..6 SEPARATE PHONE CALLS, TOTAL OF 3.5 HOURS SPENT, STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE THEM ACKNOWLEDGE ME CANCELING
