The customer service alone is TOP NOTCH ?? I've ordered many of times and absolutely love them! Everything I've bought from there is good quality. I'd rather spend my money here than anywhere else.

We are obsessed with Kristen and the gals at ECB! The styles are always top notch, and the service is even better! We are obsessed with the Botox parties she has every few months, shopping and 'Tox is always a great time! The accessories are always my favorites to comb through! Definitely a top boutique to visit!

Updated to state, I shopped this store in friendly last week and the little blonde at the register was incredibly rude. Based on the response of this company, I can see where she gets her entitlement from. Best of luck to you, but I would never shop with a store that treats their customers this way.
