“I had an issue with the prior staff not completing the alignment on my wife’s vehicle after correcting a recall. This caused damage to the tires and ultimately causing us to purchase two new back tires 6 months after purchasing 4 brand new tires. The service center corrected the alignment and the tires. It seems new management was the right direction that this Ford dealership needed. Thanks to the service manager and his staff for all their help and understanding.”

“It is a sell "as is" buisness.When you buy from the lot the owner warrants no repairs, so you are even lucky he decided to help anyway. Buy here pay here thats what the sign says. When you buy something as is you always want to get it inspected or just learn to make your own judgement if you know ac don't work don't buy the car buy another. Or you could always go elsewhere. There are good quality cars there , and if you need one with ac find it.Mr. Reel is a older very busy man and is very honest and blunt. He more than likely told you he would take a look at it and try to fix it when he told you he could not repair it you should have gotten another car. I don't know how much you paid for the ac to get fixed but some places are very cheap. If you wanted better quality you should have spent more or went somewhere else , it seems you were strapped for cash considering you went to a used lot so roll the windows down! I find it saves on gas too !! If I was having to spend so little on a car I would expect a few flaws and if I needed money that bad I would invest in a battery powered fan or rolling the windows down. Well mr. reel I give you 5 stars just because! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR :)”
