I regularly go to Fittness Plus by regularly exercising(lap swimming and exercises)it keeps me in shape to do the other things that I love to do like hiking,traveling, playing with grandchildren in the park,fishing...ect ?
Located on the CVMC campus on the lower level of the Center for Rehabilitation, our 15,000 square foot Fitness Plus health and fitness center features state of the art fitness equipment, warm exercise pool & classes, group fitness classes, corrective exercise, personal training and private swimming lessons.
