I reserved the car and then I went to go picked it up and then they tell me that they didn't have a car for me completely ruined my family's Myrtle Beach weekend vacation I will never do business with this company again this should be ashamed of themselves.

Daniel is a great representative and I have had the pleasure of renting from them twice do to my vehicle repairs. Daniel always goes out of the way to accommodate with the vehicle and any promotion that Hertz may be offering at that time.
