“Randy promptly repaired my paddle where I cracked a fin. He offered to do this and did not pressure me to buy a new paddle, which I respected. This is the only place I know that would actually repair a paddle that I cracked. Cannot get that service on Amazon. I was surprised at the extensive inventory he has in his bricks and mortar store here in Shallotte. He has great knowledge and educates me at my level. Joseph”

The woman at the register was so kind and showed her several items in her price range and made great suggestions. She even gave her a gift because she was upset about not getting what she wanted (kids right?). Great experience, we will definitely be back.”
