“My dog has been going here for several years and they've always been fantastic. Recently I had an emergency with my dog and I called them at 5:40pm (this day they closed at 7pm), they told me to come by instead of turning me away and sending me to the emergency vet place. They took good care of my dog and didn't rush me, explained a course of action for care, and made sure I understood what to do to care for her and what caused the health problem. I highly recommend them, they truly care about their furry patients and aren't just a cash grab/salesman vet.”
“We are so thankful we found this practice. Our 6lb chihuahua yorkie needed central care. It was pretty bad. Dr. Rosenblatt and her staff were patient, comforting (to me too), very thorough, and professional. In the end, despite my fears of him losing teeth, all ended well with fewer extractions than originally anticipated.
Today, our little guy is doing great. He's eating without issues and pain seems nonexistent. I wish we had WNC Vets providing care prior to this. It's almost an hour drive for us, but we see ourselves making these trips for all of our dogs' veterinary needs in the future.”

“I am so very grateful for Dr. McMullen and the entire staff at Pinnacle Animal Hospital. When Sterling was not feeling well on a Friday afternoon the staff was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Dr. McMullen was kind, caring and compassionate during the exam. In addition to taking care of Sterling, He provided reassurance and emotional support to me. The office Coordinated medical care for the
weekend and Scheduled Sterling for surgery . Then After surgery, the staff took turns carrying Sterling around the office while he recovered from the anesthesia. Sterling received such outstanding care and kindness-If possible, I would give 10 stars!”

“Great veterinarian, Dr. Wright, Ted has been my vet for many years and is a vet who is one of the best if not the best veterinarian I have ever taken my large and small animals to. I have had many, many dogs, cats, horses, and donkeys over the years and Dr. Wright is proficient in caring for all of my menagerie.
Years ago he stayed through the night in the barn treating my horse, Cody, who had a severe case of colic. Cody was so strong I needed Ted’s help to keep him from rolling. This care prevented a surgery that would not have been the best treatment choice.
I am so thankful for Cane Creek Animal Clinic and Ted’s help in keeping my animals healthy.”

“When I came home from work last night I found my dog in respiratory distress. We rushed her to western Carolina regional animal hospital. After some testing and hard discussions with the team we had to make the gut wrenching decision to let our girl go. The entire team was absolutely wonderful. Cinnamon and Dr. Z explained everything to us and never made us feel pressured to do anything we were not prepared to do. It was an awful situation, but I am thankful for their compassion.”

“This hospital fit us in when no one did. I called eleven other facilities before this team offered to help. Brittney at the front desk was so kind and made sure she tracked down the records needed. Despite being super busy Dr.Jones never made us feel like an inconvenience and he took his time explaining our options and the procedure our pet needed. They were kind, compassionate, and did a wonderful job! When our pet went home they printed out a really sweet certificate and included a detailed and thorough follow up. I’m extremely pleased with our experience!”
“The team here is top notch. my dog is a bit extra- she's extra large and part Malinois. From beginning to end our recent experience was perfect. Elaine helped coordinate everything. She came in the side door, the team kept her low key and the Dr. Roodenburg went slowly and casually with her exam so anxiety stayed low. Even bloodwork was smooth. We found our medical team! Local, affordable, and so kind. I can't recommend Mills River Animal Clinic enough.”

“My wife and I were traveling in Hendersonville for her job. I looked up this Banfield for a follow up to some issues our pet, Jax was having! Called Banfield Sunday on the road and they answered promptly, which was a far cry from our home base Banfield!! The receptionist was very friendly and war, also a day and night difference!!

Everything about this Banfield was so much different from what we experience at home! Ours used to be this way but not anymore! The vet assistant was so warm and gentle with Jax and the vet was very thorough, which pissed me off even more because, this issued should have been handled at home! So long story short, I keep a list of all the Banfields we come across because Jax is always with us when we travel and Arden is now #2 on the list next to Sanford, NC!!”
