“Tonight my car stalled on the highway and I got it towed to this AutoZone not knowing what was wrong or what to do since the all the local repair shops were closed. I was having issues with my car this whole weekend being told different things by different mechanics prior and the man who towed my car was incredibly rude and condescending to me for no reason at all; so when I got there I was so frustrated I broke into tears. JASON, WAYNE, and “TINY” from TINYS MOBILE AUTO came together to help me a great deal with kindness. “TINY” had his own situation where his own car broke down up the road but he came to help me figure out the problem with mines and without asking anything in return. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and attentiveness to my situation. Please support TINYS MOBILE AUTO, I’ve had multiple mechanics come to “help” these past few days but he was the only one to actually took time to figure out the problem, reassure me in my distress, and was not rude to me through it all. Kindness seems to be a dying art nowadays, it takes someone extraordinary to choose it still. THANK YOU!”

In approximately 2003 Mark and co polished and clear coated a 1995 Ski Nautique I’d recently purchased down east which had pretty severe sun exposure on 1 side of hull from carport storage. It looked and remained like new after they worked on it and for the 2-3 years I owned it.”

“First of all, Kiara was great when scheduling our visit. This is not a rant about the cost of the vehicle, which was reasonable. Nor will I complain about the insulting lowball offer on my trade. Numbers are numbers. However, the salesman we were assigned was brand new to the floor and I know everyone has to start somewhere but this evening was a late appointment and left no room for slow service as we felt rushed since they were closing. When our assigned salesman couldn't answer our questions, his trainer took over. He wasn't much better. His calm and understanding behavior earlier quickly changed into pushy and abrupt answers and insulting "education" on how things work. Needless to say, we did not purchase. The experience was worse because we loved the vehicle and were intent to purchase with a reasonable trade offer. Overall, it's just not great service.Update. The GM personally reached out to me to address my concerns. After my discussion with him, I can understand why they normally have great reviews. Side note....we did come to a mutually beneficial conclusion, and I will be purchasing the vehicle we wanted. Thanks for taking customer service so seriously. Update#2..Wow, tonight was the kind of experience that will impress. Met the GM and the Sales Mngr. They worked hard to make sure we were kept updated and moved the purchase along smoothly. Definitely would buy here again.”

“My experience with Walmart Auto Center is limited to a phone call. The customer service was excellent, but I wanted to buy a car battery and get it installed but was advised that the tech wasn't there so they couldn't install it for me. I'm on my own with 3 little kids so I didn't want to have to do that, so I ended up going somewhere else where they could install it for me while I watched the kids.”

I was recommended to their service department to see Elie Azzi and I've never had my car treated so well and Elie worked closely with me to get what I needed. Great customer service all around. They are great people that do good work. Highly recommend for servicing your car. I'm super happy with my overall service”

“Ty, the General Sales Manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased a vehicle back in December 2022 from Parks Chevrolet. I am surely no stranger to making vehicle purchases as this alone was my 3rd in the past year. I understand how dealers will all try to wheel and deal you, but this wasn't the case with Ty and his team. From the start things were a wonderful experience. Gerardo had advertised the vehicle I had been interested in. I ended up calling to the dealership and asking to speak with him. He then connected me with Ty and Ty and I ran ra couple of numbers to see where we'd stand with my trade and all. Numbers were on paper and not just vocalized which I appreciate. Everything was straightforward and easy to deal with. I unfortunately had forgetter a few things at home that day that I needed to trade my car in. Ty swore everything would be fine and that I'd still be able to continue doing business that day. I had driven over an hour to get there and thankfully Ty allowed me to return necessary items by FedEx envelope the next day. On top of that, Ty had my vehicle cleaned not just once, but again due to me being way too nit picky with something very minor. Hands down, one of the best and easiest purchase transactions to date. Ty also helped me with a mistake another dealership made on my vehicle taxes. He was nice enough to go online and calculate my estimated tax cost for registration. During this, he looked at my old registration renewal and found out I was overcharged. He instructed me to contact my county asap to see what they could do about this overpayment. Turns out, they're now refunding me over $500 due to Ty looking at my old registration's renewal paper and noticing this mistake. I am forever thankful that he caught this as I was still new to NC and didn't understand their registration/tax fees yet. Would surely recommend Parks Chevrolet and Ty's team to anyone. Love my new Tahoe!”
