I’ve been here multiple times for my children and they are quick! The longest I’ve waited was five minutes. The doctors and nurses are very thorough and wonderful. I am so thankful we have good care close to home.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff…front desk ladies, nurses and the PA were all very sweet and loving. Quick and efficient walk-in, we were in and out in under 30mins. Highly recommend!!

Surf Urgent Care is a division within Surf Pediatrics and Medicine. We welcome existing Surf Pediatrics and Medicine patients (both adults and children), the Outer Banks community (including non-Surf primary care adults and children), and out-of-town visitors.
We provide ONLY acute treatments, medical procedures, and laboratory and radiology services.
NO preventative services offered, such as sports physicals, immunizations, DOT/employment worker compensation, and chronic-care follow-ups.
ANY life-threatening conditions will be directed to the emergency room.
