Terrible experience. They processed my approval under the wrong SS# somehow and then everything got screwed up further from there. Customer service is not very helpful, the online system deactivated my account and customer service couldn't explain why. Very poorly run.

BCU phone services sucks! Why would you offer a call back as a way for customers to avoid being placed on hold for 10+ minutes, just to turn around and have them wait on hold anyway when they do receive a callback?!!
