Ezekiel Silva was an exceptional respiratory technician. He was very attentive, professional and very courteous in his dealings with me. He demonstrated how to properly use the CPAP machine and I'm forever grateful. His knowledge of this equipment is outstanding and I'm pleased to say I really had a pleasant experience.
