I did not do much shopping around before signing up, so I can't say whether their rates are higher or lower, but I can say that the facility is clean, climate controlled, and well staffed with people willing and able to help. Tamara is excellent.
And while I did not compare prices, I was relieved when they gave me ample before raising my rate. While I would have been happy if they had not raised the rates the timely notice gave me confidence in their business practices. I am already considering a second unit.”
“The property manager Chris is the BEST!!! I have gone through multiple storage companies that are big ripoffs and even one in Mebane that the roof leaks so they turned half of the lights off to hide the condition of the roof!!! This place is clean and has decent lighting in the hallways… also so far have not had the extreme rental prices being raised like other big name storage companies do a month after you move in! I just rented a second unit, I highly recommend this company.”

“The customer service at this location is exceptional. Chelles was very patient with me when I had a lot of questions. My own truck was broken down and she went over and above to make sure that I got the equipment that I needed, even after hours. She was very thorough and clear in her explanations, and had some excellent suggestions for me. I could tell from my communication communications with her that she was not just committed to helping me, I get the feeling that this is the same level of service she gives to everyone. This location is a great example of what all Uhaul centers should be.”
