Enjoyed the different seafood available. Was concerned that I could only find soft shell crabs, but no regular fried crabs. I also enjoyed funnel cake, turkey leg etc. Maybe next year we could get a fried crab platter.

From North Carolina Seafood Festival
The North Carolina Seafood Festival is a non-profit organization of Carteret County citizens and business people, in conjunction with the Town of Morehead City, recognizing the importance of seafood to the North Carolina economy. NC Seafood Festival, Inc., is organized to develop and conduct a festival every year, the first weekend in October, to promote the positive social and economic impact of the seafood industry on the citizens of eastern North Carolina, educate the public about the wide variety of seafood indigenous to North Carolina waters and provide the opportunity for people to enjoy it. Festival proceeds are shared with community organizations who donate their efforts to the event with over $1.8 million dispersed since 1987.
