“I used this company once when Doug owned it.I was very pleased. a few weeks ago a side piece from my 1012 Subaru Outback flew off next to my window. I went to get an estimate for the replacement as a walk in. ( I'm so sorry I do not remember his name but the young fellow had just bought the shop from Doug who had just retired .) He immediately looked at what I needed and said he would do it NO CHARGE because he wanted to establish an honest and transparant business and also relied on references. WELL.. I am one.”

“This is the place you want to go to if you get in an accident. They really do take care of you. I had a wonderful experience with them and you can barely tell that my car got into an accident now. They did a fantastic job! We had a few communication issues but that was partially my fault ?. Take my advice, dont go to those corporate body shops with free popcorn, this one is worth it.
