“I needed a vehicle inspection and did not have much time. I contacted College Fast Lube which was about 10 miles away from where I work. They said I could definitely be worked in and gave me an estimate of the wait time. When I arrived, I was checked in very respectfully and quickly, and told approximately when the inspection would be done. Several other people came in around the same time and were all also taken care of quickly and respectfully. The inspection was completed sooner than expected and I was soon on my way back to work. College Fast Lube treats their customers with respect, value, and a definite sense of urgency. They made it clear to me that my time was very important to them. I highly recommend them for vehicle inspection and lube service.”

“They have been really busy lately and Michelle (in the office) said they could take me in about a week.. so I made the appointment and was there at 8:00 this morning (a week later) … my car needed the alternator changed out and the alternator on my car is in a very difficult place.. on the bottom/side of the motor… I was really scared about the cost of replacing my alternator. I trust these people because I know that they take care of my boss’ vehicles-personal and work vehicles..they not only replaced the alternator but the mechanic noticed that I needed a new serpentine belt too.. instead of only replacing the alternator, he went ahead and replaced my serpentine belt also at only the part’s cost.. other mechanics may have only replaced the alternator and waited to charge another whole labor and parts fee. I am so grateful to them for not only helping me out with the alternator but also going above and beyond what I expected!!! They had my car back to me in less than 7 hours! Not days or weeks!! “I had an unexpected flat tire....I walked to Mr. Sampson's wrecker and tire service, and a couple of things caught my eye: 1. One of the few places open until 6pm. 2. Super nice and friendly, even offering to drop me off somewhere, before even checking to see if he had a tire for me. 3. Found a tire that would work, put it on in less than 30 mins, and was extremely affordable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“This morning as I was driving from Greenville to Mount Olive for class I realized something wasn’t right with my car. Something that made me feel unsafe. I contacted Jarman Tire via email and they said they would possibly be able to look at it today. I drove over and explained I needed it fixed ASAP (within and hour) because of circumstances that couldn’t be adapted or changed. The man skipped his lunch and worked on my car and had it done within the hour. He was amazing and so kind. I got him a gift card to subway for lunch to express how much I appreciated his act of kindness. I just wish I could have given more. I HIGHLY recommend this place.”
