“We had an incredible experience at this toyota dealership with purchasing a 2026 toyota sienna. After doing alot of homework as well as getting prices and going to one of their competitors, we ended up driving an hour to wilkesboro.
Upon arriving we weren't bombarded by any salespeople like one of the competing dealerships in the south west area. After a few minutes of looking around, we were greeted by the dealership manager who had a sienna pulled up for a test drive after us asking.
We were then greeted by Hope,one of the sales people at the dealership who took us around the area.
Returning to her sales desk there was no pushing or haggling. After 15 minutes and a few back and forths with bargaining, we all came to an agreement on the price.
Very quick and painless.
Even though we refused the warranty, the gentleman who did the title and explaining the warranties was not pushy at all.
Overall an incredible, positive, and stress free experience. I will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle”

“I had a slow leak in one of my tires and could not figure out where it was leaking. Stopped by Mavis Tires and was immediately assisted. They had my vehicle on the rack, found and plugged the leak and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. They didn't even charge me for the plug. This is the best place for tires, brakes and alignment. Highly recommend these folks.”
