“Had my Honda CRV serviced at this location today. This was my first visit and won't be my last. They were very courteous from the time of my arrival to departure. I appreciated being updated several times throughout the process. The lobby is comfortable and clean with free wifi access . I have been to 2 other auto repair facilities in the past several weeks who claimed they had "fixed" the issue I was having. This was not the case. Thank you for the awesome customer service Triad Auto! Great service and reasonably priced.”

“I recently moved to Greensboro and will be living here until May. I found Favour Automotive Repair online. I called and spoke with Kufre the owner. I explained I needed a belt changed on a 2000 Ford 150. I gave him the Vin # and he returned the call within 15 min with an estimate. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the issue with the belt. He explained that original pulley needed replacement. We agreed on the price. He went to purchase the pulley returned and completed the job. I highly recommend this gentleman. He was honest and didn't try to gouge me like some of those other mobile guys. Call Kufre for your repair needs. I know I will definitely keep him in my phone contacts. Thank you for a job well done.”

“I have personally never had any issues here. Just communicate clearly and there's no issues. They always call me before they start work. They also tell me the amount upfront. They have never messed anything up.I'm sorry for those who have had bad experiences but I have not.I think it's smart to always communicate clearly with places and ask that they do that back. It sends out your expectations to them. If I was their only customer then I could be mad over small things but they do a lot of work. I feel like they work hard to do quality work for their customers. There's always 2 sides to understanding a situation.”

“In February 2023 key fob all of a sudden was not being recognized when trying to start up my 2006 Mercedes Benz e350 to go to work. I contacted this place from a referral I got from a locksmith, got it towed to location. After diagnostic they found the problem, reprogrammed & made new key with fob at the best price compared to 5 other shops that work on foreign cars in the Greensboro area including the MB dealership of course. They could've charged wayyyy more but didn't. Carr industries worked with me & got it done fast, affordably and the team was very nice n reassuring. As a working class person who don't have much they made it happen. Will go to them for all other needed services, highly recommended !!!!”

“Went there a last minute off appointment service request , Andrew took care of my car issue within great deal of time .This time I used for our 2013 Honda which had the driver side shaft broken and my guys been using without knowing the possible turmoils , I had happened to drop it to this place with lot of adventure . When I phoned They guided me to obtain a tow truck facility later it was dropped off with a local genuine gentleman who passed by pulled my car which literally broken when I’m taking it to them to their shop .Very kind people took it in and taken care of it with in a day and charged me a feasible affordable price . “This is the best used car dealership ive ever had the pleasure of working with. The guys at Autofocus are honest, trustworty, professional, and they care about selling a quality product all while making the customer happy.I had been searching for an 06-10 v8 explorer for years now (they are surprisingly hard to find), and when one popped up for sale at Autofocus i had some family in the area go check it out for me. I live in northern Virginia and James at Autofocus was immediately accomodating to me being out of state, and was happy to let the family i have in the area drive the vehicle to an independent mechanic to inspect it for me. Once i presented the concerns the other mechanic pointed out, Autofocus immediately validated them and fixed the issue with the explorer before i purchased it. They also made the paperwork process smooth and seamless. The vehicle i wound up with is immaculate. Ive looked at several of these explorers for sale now and ive never seen one this clean. Im excited to have the vehicle ive waited so long for, and the guys at Autofocus made it happen!”

“I would strongly suggest to anyone who owns a foreign car not under warranty anymore, go to a reputable automotive business that specializes in foreign mechanical work. I own a 2012 750 li BMW. I already know the bleed from the dealership! Trask Automotive in Kernersville would be my choice! The owner and his staff I encountered are friendly. They quarantee their work! This was my 1st time using this business after the dealership! I received a mailer and thought long and hard before I made my decision to use them for repair! The work wasn't cheap, but less than the dealership with a 2 yr warranty. I got an unexpected follow up call from the owner a few days later and only got automated surveys from the dealership. The owner is Rodney Trask!”
