“Do great work and most importantly they are honest and will let you know if work is necessary at the time of inspection. Example: they told me I would need new brakes but wait another 8k miles. They also make sure thrir work is eccellent/satisfactory and will take care of any issues thst arises.”

“It's about 2:15pm on June 29 2021 and it's about 90 degrees outside.
I just pulled in to Saddler Auto Repair in Kernersville NC.
I explain to Mrs Saddler what had happen.
I am about one and a half hours from home.
By wife is getting a root canal redone.
The van had over heated.
The hose going from the motor to the radiator had broken off.
It is now about 4:15pm.
The root canal has been repair.
The van has been repaired.
Me and my wife are on the way home before the 5:00pm work traffic.
What more can I say.

“Hassan was a great sales person .I felt very comfortable with him . My only issue was with managers when the wrong BOS went to Allegacy. I called 2 times that day snd got 2 different managers who were supposed to call me back. No one did. Hassan was off i was relying on them . Finally on Monday Hassan got it straight and sent the correct BOS to Allegacy. From there it was smooth sailing and we got the car on Tuesday.”

“We were taking our 59 Dodge Royal on a short trip to Eaton Drive-in Movie and needed Miss Mabel’s tires, fluids and battery checked. Steve correctly advised we needed a new battery and got in a few hours. Now our Dodge is starting like it just came out of the showroom..A week later our muffler was loose and hitting bottom. It is now back where it belongs.and we have a new favorite auto shop for our classic car”

“Can't say enough good stuff about this place. I tried another specialty diesel shop that used to be in Kernersville prior and wish I found Oliver diesel first. The first shop charged me to do a repair that had to be redone correctly in less than a year. To be fair I think the first shop specializes in the Cummins engine. The previous shop offered to repair it again but I did not want the same problem in 10 months plus they moved to Thomasville. The team at Oliver Diesel ordered the correct parts, diagnosed any issue that I was having and had my truck turned around repaired, with a Stage 1 Turbo and a DCR pump Conversion in no time. They did a great job, no mess under the hood and my truck has been running great. Now I have to buy more toys for them to install! Like other reviews, everyone had great customer service at Oliver Diesel and really seemed to enjoy working there. Don't be overwhelmed by the number of trucks in the parking lot, they get a lot of business, but they also have a great system of getting them in and out correctly. If you have a ford power stroke this is the only diesel shop you should be going to. Save yourself the headache and take it to the right place! Thanks Ricky and team! I'll definitely be back!”
